Job summary

Clean the World is seeking an Operations Lead in Orlando to oversee daily distribution and receiving center activities. You will schedule inbound and outbound loads, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead a team to move product safely and efficiently.

As a non-exempt role, you will operate forklifts, build pallets, ensure shipments are documented, and collaborate with hospitality, recycling, and events teams to keep product moving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift certification or the ability to certify within 30 days.
• OSHA 10/30 certification within 90 days of hire.
• Flexibility in scheduling.
• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience operating forklifts and managing inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound loads to keep shipping on time.
• Maintain inventory controls and accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and equipment to stage, move, and load product.
• Stage, build pallets, and optimize warehouse space.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are properly documented.
• Lead associates on the floor and promote safety standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready distribution area.
