Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a motivated Coordinator – Logistics Operations in Baltimore to lead inbound receiving, storage, inventory, movement and outbound shipping for the distribution center, delivering excellent service to the stores.

You will supervise five or more team members, work with a Warehouse Management System, and coordinate safety, accuracy, and timely shipments while communicating across teams and with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Proven track record managing teams and delivering results.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with software applications and transportation systems.
• MS Office proficiency; WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5+ employees and their workflow.
• Ensure safe and timely loading/unloading of inbound trucks.
• Manage receipt of inbound orders and transfers with documentation.
• Coordinate outbound transfers and communicate updates.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
