Job summary

Heraeus is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Chandler, AZ to lead daily warehouse operations supporting manufacturing output and customer commitments. You will manage a team, oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping, and ensure data integrity in SAP.

The role requires a strong background in warehouse leadership, lean practices, and SAP (EWM preferred). You will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, and inventory management experience in manufacturing/semiconductor environments, with supervisory experience.
• Strong SAP experience, SAP EWM preferred; proven Lean, Kanban, and 5S implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team with focus on safety and performance.
• Direct receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and shipping across all shifts.
• Maintain cycle counting, audits, and root-cause analysis to sustain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee Kanban and replenishment to prevent production material shortages.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure timely SAP transactions for inventory movements and shipments; report KPIs and drive improvements.
