• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.

• Supervisory experience overseeing warehouse staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team, including material handlers and operators.
• Oversee picking, putaway, replenishment, staging, shipping, and inventory movements.
• Serve as site Business Process Leader (BPL) for SAP S/4HANA EWM to ensure standard workflows.
• Coordinate system issue resolution with IT and SAP support teams; communicate actions to staff.
• Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for EWM processes.
