UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a Seasonal role in the United States. The position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance, setting high standards for accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities include training, enforcing safety policies, managing resources for efficiency, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. Previous management experience is preferred; bachelor’s degree is optional but preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Experience in supervision or management preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg) and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output and accuracy.
• Provides coaching and development plans for staff.
