Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance initiatives within a fast-paced warehouse setting in Portland, OR. You will train teams, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), can lift up to 70 lbs, and demonstrates strong communication and management experience to uphold UPS standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff to meet safety, production and attendance targets.
• Foster positive relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide orientation, coaching, and development plans for personnel.
• Promote pro-active communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
