• 5+ years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in distribution or manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Intermediate computer skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Production Department.
• Create work and production schedules aligned with production goals.
• Monitor quality and ensure products are processed efficiently.
• Manage 1st Shift Operations and support BOD and all Warehouse teams.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment operated safely.
• Coordinate scheduling and routes with drivers.
• Fulfill customer orders and manage material handling.
• Maintain inventory storage and rotate stock as required.
• Prepare paperwork and enter data for warehouse processes.
• Provide reports on warehouse performance and quality metrics.
