Job summary

Northpoint Development, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment in Chicago, IL. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely movement of goods, coach staff, and enforce food safety and OSHA standards.

You\'ll coordinate labor and equipment, monitor KPIs, and partner with the Warehouse Manager to achieve shift goals while maintaining a clean, audit-ready area and compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or related operations experience.
• Food distribution, produce, refrigerated, or cold-storage experience preferred.
• Forklift/powered industrial truck certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and supervise warehouse employees to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
• Monitor receiving, put-away, replenishment, order selection, staging, loading, and unloading activities.
• Set performance expectations and provide coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Monitor KPIs, attendance, service levels, quality, and accuracy; address gaps with the Warehouse Manager.
• Conduct shift-startup communications, safety talks, and operational updates.
