Job summary

STAUFF Corporation in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and personnel management. You will drive safety, accuracy, on-time shipments, and continuous improvement in a hands-on role.

Lead a team, train staff, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, implement 5S principles, and optimize processes to meet customer requirements while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of warehouse experience with significant exposure to receiving, shipping, and inventory control functions.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, or warehouse management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound receiving and outbound shipping activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and error-free order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Monitor warehouse operations to meet customer expectations and service requirements.
• Maintain and service warehouse equipment and material handling tools per schedule.
• Monitor and enforce proper documentation procedures and packaging standards.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, bin replenishment, and put-away processes.
• Drive accuracy and accountability throughout all warehouse inventory transactions and movements.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the warehouse team with a safety-first culture.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve competency and performance goals.
• Lead by example with hands-on management and willingness to work alongside team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and quality issues with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain 5S-aligned warehouse organization, cleanliness, and visual management.
