Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of prior team lead or supervisor experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years experience with MS Outlook and Excel.
• 5+ years experience with 3PL systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned warehouse area focusing on quality, productivity, and safety.
• Meet daily shipment requirements to maintain service levels and timely delivery.
• Monitor dock workflow and answer process questions, escalating as needed.
• Train warehouse personnel on processes and safety.
• Oversee inventory control including data entry, cycle counts, and reporting.
• Operate forklift to move materials around the warehouse.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Communicate issues with attendance, performance, and operations to management.
• Coach staff to improve procedures and performance.
