Job summary

West Shore Home in Salt Lake City is seeking a Warehouse Manager to own all regional warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies, and fleet management. You will report to the General Manager and supervise a Warehouse Associate to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Experience managing warehouse operations.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping/receiving, inventory, and fleet management.
• Maintain 6S standards and safe, organized warehouse.
• Review bills of lading and document discrepancies.
• Stage paperwork and products for next-day operations.
• Ensure company vehicles are serviced and equipped as required.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and inventory management projects.
