Job summary

AMS Fulfillment in California is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee Receiving, Pick and Pack, Order Verification, Shipping, Returns, and Staffing. The role requires strategic planning, performance coaching, and enforcing policies to maintain operational excellence.

You will manage inbound/outbound transportation, coordinate schedules with the Operations Manager, ensure SLAs are met, and drive safety training.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
Able to stand, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
