Job summary

AMS Fulfillment is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and meet production and quality targets at our New Holland facility. You will supervise and train warehouse staff to follow schedules, policies, and safety rules.

The role emphasizes leadership, organization, and teamwork to maintain efficient fulfillment workflows and strong client contract adherence. A fast-paced environment requires reliable communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or fulfillment environment.
• Skills in leadership, organization, communication and cross functional teamwork.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• College education a plus or work experience equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse schedules and work closely with Operations Manager/Director of Operations
• Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client contracts
• Prepare status and production reports
• Communicate receipt and processing of client products
• Interacting and training of new employees including temp staff
• Communicate and ensure the safety and welfare of all employees
• Related administration duties
