Qualifications

• 4+ years in logistics within a warehousing environment with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics tools.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus and project management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and OSHA/DOT safety compliance.
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities.
