Job summary

BlueLinx is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards across receiving, storage, and shipping. This role rewards a results‑driven leader who can optimize workflows and foster a high‑performing team.

You’ll lead a team, drive accuracy in inventory and on‑time order fulfillment, mentor staff, and uphold OSHA and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience in warehousing (1+ year supervisory preferred)
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Ensure error‑free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations
