Job summary

BlueLinx Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Charleston to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain top safety standards.

You will lead a high-performing team, optimize workflows, and manage inventory control while driving process improvements across receiving, storage, and shipping. The role requires 4+ years in logistics with supervisory experience preferred; proficiency with MS Office and logistics tools, plus knowledge of safety

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities.
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations.
