Job summary

CORT Furniture Rental is hiring a full-time Warehouse Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.

This onsite position reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves supervising staff, supporting customer service and sales goals, coordinating maintenance, and contributing to budgeting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years related warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Physically able and willing to move furniture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, order picking, and product relocation. Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assign tasks, conduct performance reviews, address performance concerns, and train new employees.
• Conduct cycle counts, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate records to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on issues or complaints.
• Manage payroll, budgets, supply ordering, and end-of-day revenue processing. Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Schedule and oversee building maintenance and ensure warehouse equipment is operational and safe.
• Set up delivery routes, assist with dispatching, and provide backup driving support when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, assist in budget planning.
• May occasionally assist with field operations or deliveries as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
