Job summary

CORT Furniture Rental is seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. This onsite role oversees shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, leading staff and coordinating with delivery teams.

Salary ranges from $48,000 to $51,000 per year and schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5 PM with some flexibility. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, disability and life insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years related warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Physically able and willing to move furniture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, order picking, and product relocation. Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assign tasks, conduct performance reviews, address performance concerns, and train new employees.
• Conduct cycle counts, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate records to minimize stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe work environment, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on issues or complaints.
• Manage payroll, budgets, supply ordering, and end-of-day revenue processing. Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Schedule and oversee building maintenance and ensure warehouse equipment is operational and safe.
• Set up delivery routes, assist with dispatching, and provide backup driving support when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements, assist in budget planning.

CORT Furniture Rental is hiring a full-time Warehouse Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. This role manages staff, supports customer service and sales goals, coordinates maintenance, and contributes to budgeting and process improvements. The position also serves as a key liaison for delivery teams, assists in training new employees, and may occasionally support field operations.

This is an onsite position performed from the CORT distribution center.

Salary: $48,000-$51,000 / year depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5PM; some flexibility may be required.
