Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Five (5) combined years experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations or distribution operations.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt trained and certified.
• Minimum of five (5) years distribution center or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, and shipping operations.
• Lead and coach warehousing teams to meet safety, productivity, and quality targets.
• Develop and monitor budgets and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Distribution for carrier performance.
• Ensure EHS compliance and drive continuous improvement.
