3M is seeking a Warehouse Operations General Supervisor in St. Paul, MN. The role involves leading warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring safety, and coordinating with multiple functions to optimize material flow and performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI monitoring, and driving process improvements across receiving, storage, and shipping. Travel may be required up to 10% domestically, with on-site work at the St. Paul Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher verified prior to start.
• Five combined years in manufacturing, warehouse operations or distribution operations.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt trained and certified
• Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations

Responsabilités

• Provide consulting to US/INTL divisions and management of operations.
• Direct staff in warehousing, inventory control, and related disciplines.
• Ensure EHS practices and safety awareness on site.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping per SOPs.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts; drive cost and productivity improvements.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Distribution Operations for carrier performance and improvement.
