Job summary

PowerPak Civil & Safety in Hanover, MD is seeking a Warehouse Manager to run the distribution center on-site. You will manage receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery with 2 direct reports and hands-on leadership.

You will own daily operations, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders flowing smoothly and cost-effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or operations.
• Track record of owning outcomes when shipments go out on time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operation: receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery.
• Lead a lean team on the floor while building necessary structure.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders moving.
