Job summary

PowerPak is hiring a Warehouse Manager for our Hanover, MD distribution center. You will directly manage 2 reports and handle end-to-end operations on the floor, from receiving to outbound delivery. This role emphasizes ownership and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders moving, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency as the center grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or operations.
• Own outcomes when shipments are on time and correct.
• Experience coordinating deliveries with drivers and third-party carriers.
• Comfort managing the floor and the bigger picture at the same time.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory systems (WMS/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and outbound delivery.
• Lead a lean team while building scalable center processes.
• Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to keep orders moving.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, throughput, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as operational point of contact for branch sales on orders and inventory.
