Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the RbA Warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery of installation materials to support crews. You will supervise warehouse staff, optimize inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage receiving, staging and shipping while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes proactive planning, problem solving and effective communication with installation teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with 6+ years total experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Proven decision making and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship building with customers and suppliers.
• Coaching, training, and leadership of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse staff daily and plan activities.
• Provide training for warehouse associates.
• Coordinate removal of construction waste and recycling programs.
• Manage material staging for installation crews and ensure timely pickup of loads.
• Resolve missing materials or damaged products promptly.
• Monitor stock usage and ensure appropriate inventory levels.
• Procure materials and manage supplier relationships.
• Record receipts and reconcile with supplier documentation.
• Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping; secure inventory against loss or damage.
• Negotiate price and submit purchase orders.
