Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the RbA Warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure installation materials are stocked and staged for crews. You will coordinate procurement, manage inventory, and optimize workflows to meet project schedules.

In this role, you will develop standard work, train staff, and maintain strong relations with suppliers and installation teams. The position requires an associate degree and 6+ years of combined education/experience, plus

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent and 4+ years of education or on-the-job training (total 6+ years).
• MS Office skills with solid Excel capabilities.
• Demonstrated decision-making to analyze, prioritize and solve problems.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and supervision of warehouse staff and supplemental workforce.
• Plan and schedule work activities; train warehouse associates.
• Coordinate removal of construction waste and recycling programs.
• Manage staging of jobs for installation crews and ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor stock usage, forecast needs, and procure materials; negotiate supplier pricing.
