Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise and perform warehouse tasks, including loading/unloading, staging materials, and managing inventory. You will coordinate with the Supervisor, train staff, and ensure safety compliance on site.

Hours are 6:00am–3:00pm Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays and overtime. Pay ranges from $19.90 to $28.80 per hour, with a comprehensive Total Rewards Package including benefits and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, construction, or customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain any necessary licensure or certifications, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments; record receipts and inventory data.
• Stage, carry, and manipulate materials for pick-up or shipping.
• Move materials on/off shelves for storage and job prep.
• Maintain service parts area; log all incoming/outgoing parts.
• Coordinate receiving of products/materials under Supervisor guidance.
• Ensure materials are on-site before installation day.
• Lead safety huddles and train warehouse associates.
• Plan workflow, logistics, inventory, and schedules using MS Office and related tools.
