Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience using WMS, TMS, or ERP.
• Understanding of warehouse processes.
• Ability to interact professionally with vendors and customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions and warehouse documents; support continuous improvement.
• Strong English proficiency, including reading, comprehension and communication.
• Detail oriented for managing inventory and assigning work.
• Basic math skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with vendors and customers to track loads, provide delivery details, and solve problems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
• Interpret report data to answer backorders and manage inventory.
• Update and share trends on metrics for team meetings.
• Follow safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and respect.
• May train others as needed.
• Use RF scanning to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Use WMS, TMS, and ERP software.
