Job summary

ASML is seeking an operations coordinator/foreman to oversee material handlers and ensure efficient shift coverage in the warehouse and cleanroom environment. You will coordinate on-demand changes, resolve disturbances, and guide junior team members while aligning with team leads and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independent work, and adherence to safety policies as part of daily operations and performance management.

Qualifications

• Holds secondary trade school education level 3 or 4 and has thorough experience within logistics.
• Able to work in a dynamic practical environment and perform well under pressure.
• Able to work independently, acts as flexible team player and has good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates personnel planning on operational level for a specific shift to ensure capacity to deliver output.
• Coordinates on foreseeable demand and requested changes from operational planning departments.
• Identifies and solves disturbances in own sub-flow and escalates to quality/warehousing engineers when needed.
• Sets priorities and informs shopfloor to drive timely task pickup; mentors junior material handlers.
• Oversees quality flow on irregularities and shares findings with team-lead.
• Maintains 5S+1 safety compliance and can instruct changes in safety policies.
• Prepares and may delegate Performance Management meetings and drives small improvements.
• Co-owns daily performance management and conducts Pareto analysis for improvements.
• Participates in projects, reports benefits, and drives departmental initiatives.
• Coordinates onboarding of new team members and tracks training/development.
