Job summary

Kyocera Document Solutions Northern California, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics, while guiding a team to meet safety and service standards.

You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager, coordinate schedules, and identify efficiency improvements. The role requires physical stamina and forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training preferred.
• 3-5+ years in warehouse ops, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Experience directing daily work and training staff.
• Experience with inventory management systems; E-Automate preferred.
• Experience with CRM software; Sherpa preferred.
• Strong cross-department coordination and communication.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day directions and task prioritization for warehouse staff.
• Coordinate equipment delivery schedules with customers and drivers.
• Support receiving, shipping, inventory control, and logistics daily.
• Promote a safe, organized, compliant warehouse environment.
• Use E-Automate and KFS for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operations.
• Serve as Sherpa CRM Administrator and liaison between Sales and Kyocera HQ.
