Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide Production/Operations, safety, continuous improvement, and customer fulfillment. Lead and develop a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment, while aligning with cost containment and ISO/EPA compliance.

You will implement 5S/Lean practices and track KPI-driven performance, partnering with Operations Manager and HR for staffing and development. First shift 5am–3:30pm, Monday–Thursday, in Hamilton, OH.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop warehouse teams with strong coaching and safety focus.
• Must have Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification and related education.
• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/distribution/warehouse environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills; able to read technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safety, housekeeping, 5S and lean initiatives.
• Hire, train, and perform reviews of warehouse staff in collaboration with HR.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; implement actions to close performance gaps.
• Manage production/shipment schedules and cost-containment projects.
• Ensure ISO/OSH/EPA compliance and continuous improvement culture.
