Lansing Building Products is seeking a capable Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Norwalk, CT. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and coordinate the loading/unloading of exterior building products, ensuring accuracy and on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates bring proven warehouse leadership, 3+ years of material handling experience, forklift certification, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in material handling or warehouse operations.
• Prior warehouse management experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and ability to drive a box truck preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and work with customers.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and handle heavy building materials.
• Strong customer service skills and integrity.
• Comfort with deadlines and adapting to new processes.
• Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Proficient with scheduling deliveries and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations and personnel.
• Oversee inventory control and cycle counts.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of exterior building products.
• Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Hire and supervise warehouse staff; approve schedules.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly warehouse.
• Operate forklift and ensure forklift safety.
• Liaise with customers to address needs.
