Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard warehouse software.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution services and supervise staff.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations with policies.
• Establish and monitor security procedures to safeguard operations and assets.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile with data systems for inventory control.
• Plan layouts, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs.
• Prepare annual budget, monitor expenditures, and analyze variances.
• Schedule and assign staff to complete warehouse tasks and track results.
• Coach, counsel, and evaluate staff performance and development.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and apply industry best practices.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and compliance with regulations.
