Job summary

Grant's Farm is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of products and supplies. You will supervise associates, ensure safety and efficiency, and coordinate deliveries across departments at the property.

The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to safe, compliant operations. Evening and weekend flexibility may be needed to support events at Grant's Farm.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• One year of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with computers and common software applications.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and departments at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations and activities.
• Oversee daily workflow and staff assignments through effective scheduling while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure the timely receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of food products, supplies, merchandise, and operational materials.
• Coordinate deliveries and distribution of products to departments throughout Grant's Farm.
• Manage the storage, organization, inventory, and delivery of event and activation materials as needed.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency are always maintained.
• Verify that all equipment necessary for daily operations is available, maintained, and functioning properly.
