Job summary

Sonoco Products Company in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the plant's warehouse operations, manage about 14 forklift operators, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

The role requires Associate's degree in Business Admin or equivalent, 4+ years of leadership in warehousing/logistics, ERP experience (Oracle/QAD/SAP), HazMat/DOT/RCRA familiarity, and a 40-hour week with possible off-shift coverage; base salary range $90,720–$102,060 plus

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related leadership experience.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
• Strong warehouse operations background in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with HAZMAT shipping requirements, DOT, and RCRA.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Experience and proficient working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, QAD, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Complies with established job safety practices and SOPs.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment and investigates incidents.
• Supervises the warehouse team and coordinates activities.
• Coordinates inbound/outbound shipments with internal/external teams.
• Manages inventory accuracy across locations and supports demand.
• Coordinates customer orders and releases with warehouses and plants.
