Job summary

Ultipro in Wisconsin seeks an Inventory/Materials Control specialist to support timely operations. You will handle pick lists, receiving, data entry, and 5S practices while coordinating with the Materials Supervisor.

The role requires forklift and crane certifications, strong communication, and teamwork. You’ll train new staff, maintain safety, quality, and productivity. Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently or in a team is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience in Inventory/Materials Control or manufacturing
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn additional software
• Proficient computer skills and excellent communication
• Ability to lead while working in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Exhibit leadership in timeliness and technical performance
• Align the team to meet materials management requirements and coordinate with the Materials Supervisor
• Answer technical Inventory questions and address production concerns
• Perform data entry of pick lists and receiving processes
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity in area of responsibility
• Operate forklift and overhead crane as needed
• Attend scheduled work hours and comply with company policies
