Job summary

PCL Construction, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Civil District in El Paso, Texas. You will direct daily warehouse and yard operations, manage materials movement, and oversee inventory accuracy to support project teams.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, and the ability to optimize storage layout and processes. Hourly rate ranges from $30 to $35 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse and yard operations.
• Manage receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipment of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee physical inventories.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repair, certification, and replacement activities.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to safe work practices.
