Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead assigned employees for loading and unloading product.
• Ensure accurate internal transactions through team performance.
• Recruit, hire, and develop qualified employee-associates; maintain accountability.
• Enforce all policies and safety rules and drive a safe work environment.
• Maintain stock movement accuracy and apply OPSF policy for product freshness.
• Educate and supervise staff on Quality Assurance Policy and procedures.
• Maintain facility, product storage, and repack according to QA standards.
• Onboard new forklifts operators and maintain records.
