Peter Levi Plumbing, Heating & Air seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics across multiple locations. This hands-on leader will drive efficiency, ensure safety, and build a high-performing team to support company growth.

Requirements include 5+ years in warehouse/logistics and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with HVAC/plumbing/service industry experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or Service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and staff across locations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, staging, returns, and material distribution.
• Establish staffing schedules, productivity expectations, and priorities.
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse team members.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA/Cal-OSHA requirements.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries and material movement between locations.
• Improve warehouse organization, workflows, and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, labor, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
