The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in warehouse management and 2+ years in leadership, with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or service industries preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or Service industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing inventory systems and warehouse operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, returns, and material distribution.
• Establish staffing schedules, productivity expectations, and operational priorities.
• Coach, train, and develop warehouse team members.
• Support hiring, performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA/Cal-OSHA requirements.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, logistics, and material movement between locations.
• Improve warehouse organization, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPI's related to safety, labor efficiency, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee warehouse systems and inventory software.
• Support field operations by ensuring timely material staging and distribution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.
