Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a qualified Warehouse Manager in Latham, NY. The role collaborates with Project Management teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery of parts, maintain organized inventory, and support field operations.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to execute accurate shipments and safe warehousing practices. Applicants should have 2–5 years of warehouse management experience, forklift certification, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience using ERP systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments of materials and validate received items against purchase documents and record in ERP.
• Process outgoing shipments of materials to customers, including packing and shipping documents.
• Manage inventory movements and ensure all inventory is stored properly in assigned location.
• Perform monthly cycle counts.
• Pick and load parts requested, and record inventory assignments.
• Unload parts requested and return to stock, and record in ERP.
• Prepare outgoing packages, including packing and shipping label.
• General housekeeping of warehouse and safety compliance.
• Deliver materials to job site, if requested by supervisor.
