Job summary

Gamers Choice is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in New York City to lead inbound, slab operations, fulfillment, inventory, and general product movement. You will own throughput, accuracy, and team discipline while ensuring daily execution goals are met in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse management, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with WMS. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour DOE, with standard 9:00am–5:30pm hours at the Long

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or operations management experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong understanding of inbound processing, inventory control, fulfillment operations, and general warehouse logistics.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and developing SOPs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Ownership: inbound processing, fulfillment, inventory, product movement, slab workflows.
• Team Leadership: supervise, train, and coach warehouse associates across multiple functions.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and implement practical optimizations.
• SOP Library: collaborate to build and maintain SOPs across warehouse functions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Inventory, Support, Livestream, and Retail teams to resolve issues swiftly.
