Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years warehouse experience, proficiency with inventory systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification and Great Plains experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years warehouse experience with receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Experience processing orders in an inventory system.
• Experience with stock checks and cycle counts.
• Able to operate pallet jacks, rolling racks and forklifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive inbound shipments including POs and RMAs.
• Inventory and catalog incoming products.
• Pick, package and ship outbound orders.
• Process purchase and sales orders in inventory system.
• Locate inventory and perform stock checks.
• Conduct cycle counts and support accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with needs.

Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a top client. This individual will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, and outbound shipping. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, and experienced with inventory systems and material‑handling equipment. Forklift certification and Great Plains software experience are strong plusses.

Day-to-Day

• Unload, inspect, check in, and receive inbound shipments, including POs, consignment, and RMAs
• Inventory and catalog incoming products
• Pick, package, and ship outbound customer orders
• Process purchase and sales orders in the company's inventory management system
• Locate warehouse inventory and complete stock checks
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, rolling racks, and other material‑handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with additional operational needs

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of warehouse experience with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ability to process sales and purchase orders within an inventory management system
• Inventory experience, including stock checks and cycle counts
• Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling racks, and forklifts
• Ability to safely handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
