Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support field operations by managing warehouse activities, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining inventory with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, route planning, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic warehouse environment. A high school diploma and 3–5 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record compliant with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Operations Manager with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading trucks and inventory control.
• Review orders for accuracy and coordinate timely deliveries to job sites.
• Maintain accurate inventory; communicate with departments to ensure on-time shipments.
• Audit inventory and make restock recommendations; operate/maintain warehouse equipment.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and procedures documented.
