Job summary

Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support the Field Operations Manager in managing the warehouse, inventory, and deliveries. The role involves loading/unloading, coordinating routes, and ensuring accurate order verification while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between jobs as needed.
• 3–5 years warehouse coordinator experience preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Field Operations Manager with warehouse operations.
• Load/unload trucks and manage inventory.
• Review orders for accuracy and coordinate deliveries.
• Audit inventory and recommend restock items.
• Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with teams.
