Foss Heating & Cooling in Mount Vernon, WA, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and occasional job-site deliveries. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with physical activity and a hands-on approach.

You will maintain accurate stock levels, perform audits, operate forklifts, and support field technicians while upholding OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory and warehouse operations.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order tracking systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and proper materials handling.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical warehouse duties.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, organization, and workflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory, including order tracking, returns, restocking, and monthly counts.
• Perform regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Handle shipping and receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and materials preparation.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Stage, organize, and restock HVAC equipment, parts, and materials for field technicians.
• Coordinate and complete on-site materials deliveries as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials per OSHA standards.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse productivity.
