Foss Heating & Cooling in Mount Vernon, WA, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and occasional job-site deliveries. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with physical activity and a hands-on approach.

You will maintain accurate stock levels, perform audits, operate forklifts, and support field technicians while upholding OSHA safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and complete on-site materials deliveries as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials per OSHA standards.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and warehouse productivity.

Foss Heating & Cooling , a trusted provider of heating and cooling services in the Skagit Valley area since 1972, is seeking a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Warehouse Manager to independently oversee all daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, equipment handling, and occasional job-site deliveries. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring physical activity throughout the day, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain an efficient, safe, and well-stocked warehouse while supporting our field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, organization, and workflow.

Required Qualifications

• At least a year of warehouse experience, including inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order tracking systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and proper materials handling.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and stocking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving, HVAC, construction, or manufacturing is a plus.
