Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Hudson, WI to lead a 25-person team responsible for the timely distribution and receipt of products. You will drive productivity, quality, and safety goals while coordinating with HR and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Sunday–Thursday shift (10:00 pm–6:30 am or finish), strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Manhattan), and a track record in continuous improvement. Competitive benefits and salary are offered.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
2-3 years related experience preferred.
Prior experience with continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience leading a team.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot Tables and spreadsheets).
Experience working within ERP’s (SAP or Manhattan) preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage a team of 25 warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution and receipt of products; motivate employees to meet productivity and quality standards.
Monitor site productivity standards and hold associates accountable to metrics; provide timely feedback and corrective action.
Adhere to budgetary guidelines and meet DC objectives while maintaining quality and inventory standards.
Lead continuous improvement projects (e.g., Gemba walks, Kaizen).
Schedule daily workforce to ensure staffing for selecting, replenishing, restocking, locating, and shipping.
