Job summary

QuickBox Fulfillment is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily warehouse operations and assist Operations leadership in achieving accurate, safe, and timely order fulfillment.

The role involves leading warehouse teams, supporting labor planning, monitoring productivity and quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and site performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and driving process improvements.
• Ability to monitor productivity, quality, safety, and performance metrics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Assist with labor planning and scheduling based on volume and priorities.
• Provide coaching and direction to warehouse associates and leads.
• Monitor workflow, schedules, productivity, and quality across shift operations.
• Ensure safety policies, GMP, and reliability standards are followed.
• Prepare and update reports for the assigned area.
