Qualifications

• 8+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift license and ability to lift up to 25kg following safety regulations.
• Experience with WMS systems and RF scanning technology.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA regulations, and quality management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily departmental operations and managing staff and resources.
• Lead and cover for supervisors or the Operations Manager during absences to maintain productivity.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including stock monitoring and regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
