Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of a facility's warehouse operations, including safety, stock control, and logistics. The role requires a broad, ground-up understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving, materials handling, pest control, and workforce management.

The position offers a first-shift schedule (8 AM - 4 PM) with a salary range of $60,500 to $68,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Leadership of warehouse teams.
• Ability to manage safety, inventory, and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle stock control, order processing, and disposal of obsolete materials.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and conduct monthly physical inventories.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and staging for raw materials and finished goods.
• Serve as backup to Traffic Coordinator and operate forklift when needed.
• Direct, train, motivate, and monitor warehouse staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Enforce safety guidelines, equipment maintenance, and facility security.
