NewCold seeks an Operations Warehouse Lead to support supervisors in daily warehouse operations, coach team members, and develop future leadership talent. This role spends significant time on the floor, spotting improvement opportunities and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service through established procedures.

You’ll act as a communication bridge with front-line staff, use Power BI to monitor performance, and help maintain operational excellence across the warehouse.

Formación

• Experience leading warehouse teams and optimizing daily operations.
• Ability to coach and develop front-line staff and supervisors.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist supervisors in coordinating daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor workload and product flow to ensure efficiency.
• Provide direction on loading/unloading and dock management.
• Audit processes for safety, quality and SOP compliance.
• Train new team members and develop coaching plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and support goal achievement.
